By purchasing a Website Support Hours package, you agree to the following terms:
1. Package Inclusions
Website Support Hours can be used for execution-based website tasks, including (but not limited to):
Website content updates
Banner or image changes
SEO updates and on-page optimisation
Product page tweaks
General website fixes and clean-up work
This offer is execution-only and does not include strategy, consulting, mentoring, or growth planning.
2. Hourly Rate & Packages
Available packages:
5 hours for $1,000 AUD
10 hours for $1,800 AUD
Time is tracked and deducted in 15-minute increments.
3. Expiry
All purchased hours expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
Unused hours are forfeited after expiry and cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred.
4. Scheduling & Availability
Work is completed subject to availability.
Turnaround times may vary depending on workload.

5. Usage & Scope
Hours are deducted for all time spent on tasks, including implementation and required revisions.
