1. Overview
The Strategy Fix is a 90-minute strategy session designed to provide tailored marketing and business recommendations for eCommerce brands. By booking this session, you agree to the following terms.
2. Payment & Booking
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Your session is confirmed once payment has been received.
All bookings are managed through The eCom Studio’s secure checkout system.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will forfeit the session fee.
If an emergency arises, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of consulting and the time allocated to each client, refunds are not provided once your session is booked.
5. Session Inclusions
The Strategy Fix includes:
One (1) 90-minute strategy session via video call.
A pre-session form to tailor your session.
Seven (7) days of light follow-up support via email or voice note (Monday–Friday).
Additional consulting, implementation, or ongoing support may be quoted separately.
